Temperate year-round weather, diverse terrain and appealing postgame leisure activities make SLO CAL an ideal place for competing in—and watching—a variety of sports. Pristine beaches and impressive waves attract professional surfers and surf competitions, while stand-up paddleboarding races dominate harbors. Impeccable golf courses host tournaments, and other events, on their links, and tennis tournaments take over local courts. High-octane cycling races blow through downtown city centers, with cyclists gliding over rolling hills, covered in vineyards, and past beautiful coastlines, whereas runners and triathletes lace-up to pound the pavement―or mountain trails with an ocean view―for serious races, as well as a wide variety of fun runs, color runs, and obstacle course scrambles.  Rollicking rodeos also spring to life all across SLO CAL. And don’t forget team sports! The courts and fields of SLO CAL feature baseball, football and basketball games―even polo matches― all throughout the year.

Cal Poly Football:
Event parking permits ($15) will be required in all reserved event lots. Discounted pre-paid event parking permits ($10) are available via Parkmobile for all five home football games as of 9/10 at

So as not to slow entry, please have your prepaid parking pass ready for the attendant when you arrive at the Game Day parking lots.
Event permits will also be available on game day via parking attendants at all reserved parking lots and by using Parkmobile app. Download in advance at parkmobile.io. Game Day parking is $15. Only credit/debit cardsd accepted including ApplePay & GooglePay - we do not accept cash
Staff and student campus parking permits are valid in event lots on game days.Â

Accessible Parking
Disabled parking spaces are available for use for those with Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) issued placards or license plates. These spaces are marked with a blue curb and a mounted sign. Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) issued placards and/or license plates must be properly displayed. Guests must also purchase an event parking pass for athletic event parking. Any violations - including parking without the proper placard, parking without an event pass, and misuse of parking space - are subject to citations from Cal Poly Transportation and Parking services. Accessible Parking can be found primarily in Lot 92 adjacent to Lot C-7 off of California Blvd. and North Perimeter Road, as well spots along California Blvd. North of the stadium.
Additional Accessible Parking can be found in all gameday lots.

How much are tailgate passes?
Spaces are $425 for the season, and passes are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please call (805) 756-7288 or email estava@calpoly.edu for more information. Gameday Tailgating will be available if spaces do not sell out for the season. Cost for gameday tailgating on a game by game basis is $100. Single game tailgating spots will go on sale October 16th.
How do I purchase my tailgating season pass?
Order online by clicking HERE. Call the Cal Poly Ticket Office at (805) 756-7288 or email estava@calpoly.edu. For day of purchase, make your payment to the Event Staff onsite.
How do I get to the tailgate lot on game day?
Individuals with season passes to tailgate on Perimeter and College Avenue or on game day should enter campus via California Blvd. and follow all traffic signs and public service information officers to their designated spot.
What are the tailgating hours?
Tailgate areas will be open six (6) hours prior to kickoff, and will be closed at kickoff. There will be no tailgating during the game or at halftime. All tailgate areas must be cleared within one (1) hour following the conclusion of the game.
